Compliance & Advisory Professional
Aarthavya Consulting LLP is a senior-led financial and regulatory advisory firm working closely with promoter-led, growth-stage, and established businesses. This role is suited for professionals strong on execution and comfortable operating close to advisory workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounting, review, and finalization of books of accounts
- Preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
- GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, advisory, and notice handling
- Income-tax computations, return filings, and assessment support
- TDS compliance, reconciliations, and statutory reporting
- Client coordination on financial, tax, and compliance matters
- Support in Virtual CFO assignments including budgeting and cash-flow tracking
- Contribution to process improvements and compliance standardization
Qualifications & Skills
- CA Inter / CA Final (appeared) / Semi-qualified CA with strong practical exposure
- Strong accounting fundamentals and financial finalization expertise
- Working knowledge of GST and Income-tax compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting / ERP tools
- Ability to independently manage client engagements
- Clear communication and professional work ethic
